Principal - CSO PMO

About the role

The Principal, CSO PMO will work with the Cyber Security PMO and Tech Finance to support business leads on all matters relating to contract and cost data. The role will drive spend analytics to support management decisions, identify business efficiencies, improve internal performance by optimizing processes and facilitating change, and perform business analysis to define needs and develop benefit cases for change or process improvement projects.

What you'll do

• Help the Cyber Security Office meet the need for clear, accurate and timely financial and business information on projects
• Prepare and publish monthly reports for CSO stakeholders showing costing progress, including budget plans, forecasts, financial tracking and operational budget management
• Extract data from repositories, support business information systems and create dashboards
• Ensure commercial transactions are managed effectively and on time, including payments, purchase orders and cross-charging, with issues addressed promptly
• Provide financial analysis, expertise and insight to support the development of strategies and management decisions
