About the role

The One Platform Principal Operations analyst Data Output plays a key execution role in the rollout, setup, and validation client output in our One Platform ecosystem, with a strong focus on eClipse/NRSP and its integration with upstream and downstream platforms for the set up and BAU maintenance (e.g., OGRDS, Delivery Management, On Demand, Sirval, Madras and T&D DWH).

What you'll do

Perform day‑to‑day operational monitoring of One Platform processes in BAU
Identify, analyse, and support resolution of operational issues across platform flows
Participate actively in regular platform governance and working sessions

What you need

4–6 yrs of experience
Data warehousing
Root cause analysis
Any graduate
