About the role

We are seeking a Principal Engineer-BESS (Renewables) to join our Energy team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to contribute to impactful Energy projects across global offices and continue developing their technical expertise in a supportive, high-performing team.

What you'll do

  • Lead electrical design for BESS and renewable projects (FEED, detailed design, assurance)
  • Design the BESS balance of plant (BOP) systems
  • Develop grid connection solutions (11kV–400kV) for energy storage and renewables
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and clients to deliver innovative solutions
  • Work on large projects and frameworks with renewable energy generation developers, mostly in UK and Ireland but also with some global projects

What you need

  • 10–14 yrs of experience
  • AutoCAD
  • B.Tech or B.E. or M.Tech
