About the role

This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

What you'll do

  • Work with the Customer on Service Provider, Data Center architecture, design, deployment, and troubleshooting
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues across QFX, EVPN-VXLAN, BGP, MPLS, SRv6, routing, switching, and Data Center fabrics
  • Analyze configurations, logs, traffic flows, and network behavior to identify root cause and provide corrective actions
  • Provide technical guidance on Segment Routing, MPLS, spine-leaf architectures, EVPN-VXLAN, underlay/overlay networks, DCI, and network resiliency
  • Work with Juniper SE, Engineering, Product Management, and JTAC to resolve complex technical issues and drive customer requirements
