What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with system hardware, system software, RTL design, DFT, physical design, foundry technology
• Develop and evaluate SoC power-management hierarchies to recommend the optimal architecture
• Assess switchable and multi-voltage domains, back- and forward-body biasing
• Define execution plans, robust methodologies, and clear documentation to guide implementation teams
• Champion the development, deployment, support, and maintenance of state-of-the-art, scalable processes and methodologies using AI/ML and EDA technologies

What you need

• 15–27 yrs of experience
• System design
• VLSI
