Principal Engineer - Substation Secondary

About the role

We are seeking a Principal Engineer - Secondary Substation to join our Transmission & Distribution team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to contribute to impactful Energy projects across the globe and continue developing their technical expertise in a supportive, high-performing team.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Protection & Control engineers and technical specialists
• Conduct Protection Coordination Studies and Settings calculations where required using ETAP or similar software (desired)
• Coordinate across multi-disciplinary engineering environments and project managers
• Support with technical reports and bids, as well as foster positive relationships with clients
• Mentor team members in their development, facilitating opportunities that build competency, and assisting with professional accreditation where appropriate

What you need

• 12–15 yrs of experience
• SCADA
• Wiring
• B.Tech or B.E. or M.Tech
