Principal, ER Country Lead at Micron Technology. Lead and execute Micron India’s Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities, People strategy.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary authority for ER governance across India, driving consistent case management, risk mitigation, investigation quality, compliance
• Advise senior leaders, HR/People partners, and business collaborators on complex and high-risk employee matters
• Use data-driven insights and AI-enabled analytics when appropriate
• Work closely with Legal to develop risk-based recommendations and defensible solutions
• Lead and be responsible for critical workplace investigations involving misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, performance concerns
