Principal HR - APJC Benefits Leader and Program Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Global Benefits, you will serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader for country program benefits in our APJC region, including Singapore, India, Australia, Japan, South Korea, China, and Malaysia.

What you'll do

• Work cross-functionally to introduce, maintain and improve end-to-end benefits management processes in the region and to harmonize policies and processes globally
• Ensure that all benefits programs are designed to resonate to hire and attract talent; reflect legal and business requirements
