Principal Legal Counsel - Disputes

About the role

The role is an unique position that enables candidates to think and act independently to develop and implement the optimal legal strategies for the company in relation to its disputes as well as its policies and approach towards and under various laws.

What you'll do

• Represent the company before courts, law enforcement agencies and regulators as may be required
• Vetting and review of all types of pleading/drafting
• Develop and implement the optimal strategies for disputes that the company may encounter
• Develop and prepare stakeholder comments to proposed bills with a focus on how the proposed regulations would impact the company’s businesses
• Lead, train and guide subordinates in developing their skills and aid in their professional growth

What you need

• 10–12 yrs of experience
