What you'll do

• Lead strategic supplier partnerships in a high-growth business
• Drive market expansion across India and Bangladesh
• Develop and implement growth strategies to maximize market opportunities and drive business performance within the coatings portfolio
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key principals (suppliers) by aligning business objectives, growth plans, and market strategies
• Identify and onboard new suppliers and strategic customers to expand the portfolio and increase market penetration
