This enables us to offer a comprehensive range of services including Drug Discovery Solutions, Process & Pharmaceutical Development services, Clinical Trial Supplies, Commercial supply of APIs and Finished dosage forms.

What you'll do

• Lead the design and implementation of complex multi-step synthetic routes, including the development of innovative methodologies for challenging organic transformations
• Ensure meticulous documentation of experimental procedures and results, preparing detailed reports that contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization and…
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and process improvements within the lab, leading initiatives that enhance research productivity and effectiveness
• Mentor and train team members, fostering a collaborative environment while ensuring the team meets productivity targets and maintains high-quality standards in research…

What you need
