What you'll do

• Guide critical feature designs and establish foundations for security, privacy, performance, scalability, resilience, observability, quality, troubleshooting
• Provide cross-team technical leadership and mentorship, resolve complex architectural issues, and raise engineering standards without becoming a design-review bottleneck
