Principal Solutions Architect - Data Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a Principal Solutions Architect to join our Data Engineering team. In this role, you will serve as a senior technical leader across strategic client accounts, partnering directly with clients to understand business objectives, shape Data & AI strategy, architect scalable solutions, and identify opportunities to expand the partnership.

What you'll do

• Lead strategic discovery across client accounts to uncover business priorities, technical challenges, and emerging opportunities
• Provide clear recommendations on architecture, tooling, implementation approaches, and technical trade-offs, while shaping solution strategy, scoping new opportunities
• Lead and oversee the successful delivery of enterprise Data & AI solutions across strategic accounts
• Leverage AI throughout the software delivery lifecycle to improve solution design, engineering productivity, documentation, testing, troubleshooting
• Mentor architects and engineers through architectural guidance, technical coaching, design reviews, and contribute to hiring, onboarding, technical enablement
