About the role

As a Principal Statistical Programmer at ICON, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of statistical programming solutions that support clinical trials and regulatory submissions.

What you'll do

• Leading the development and validation of statistical programs for data analysis and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborating with biostatisticians and clinical teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment with study objectives
• Overseeing the creation of programming specifications, documentation, and technical reports for regulatory submissions
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior statistical programmers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement
• Staying current with industry trends and advancements in statistical programming to drive innovation and enhance project outcomes
