You will be the bridge between where we are and where we are going, between the founding team and the partnership.

What you'll do

• Own the growth agenda of portfolio companies. Go beyond oversight and get into the work
• Be the kind of leader founders call when things get hard. Showing up with clarity, steadiness, and real answers in high-pressure moments is a core part of this role
• Use technology and AI-powered tools to monitor portfolio performance at scale, identify risks early, and surface opportunities before they become obvious to everyone else
• Drive the investment process forward with urgency, clear out bottlenecks, coordinate across all stakeholders
• Delays are not acceptable when the right opportunity is in front of you

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• Financial analysis
• Portfolio management
• Underwriting
• Due diligence
• Negotiation
• Performance testing
• Chartered Accountant or MBA

What you get
