As Plant Head , you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of FCI’s printing plant located at Chennai. The role requires complete ownership of plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, monthly billing, manpower planning, staff recruitment, productivity, wastage control, cost management, safety, compliance, inventory, dispatch and overall operational efficiency.
