• Perform, review and facilitate privacy impact assessments on every new system, engagement and data flow the agency takes on
• Design and deliver access and privacy training for the teams handling client data, measured on behavior change rather than attendance
• Use: Privacy assessment and data-mapping platforms, Policy and records-management systems, GRC tooling for agreement tracking, Data-flow diagramming suites
