What you'll do

• The Private Assets Finance team partners with business and finance leadership across the Real Assets and Private Capital Solutions segments
• The team owns segment P&L reporting, forecasting and budgeting, investment analysis
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L close for Private Assets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting
• Drive the forecasting and budgeting cycles, including revenue, cost, and headcount planning
• Deliver variance analysis (actuals vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods) with clear commentary on drivers
