About the role

The Private Banker-First Private is a leadership role within the Retail Banking division, responsible for managing a team of 8–15 Private Banking Relationship Managers (RMs). The role focuses on driving team performance across key financial metrics such as Assets Under Management (AUM), Total Relationship Value (TRV), and revenue.

What you'll do

• Own and deliver the team’s AUM, TRV, and revenue targets across all financial parameters
• Mentor, coach, and support RMs through joint client meetings and performance reviews
• Ensure a seamless banking and wealth management experience through product expertise and relationship excellence
• Drive customer acquisition through team-led initiatives including natural market outreach, open market activities, and internal referrals via branch and digital networks
• Personally manage a portfolio of 15–20 large clients and achieve 1.5x of fixed compensation in revenue
