Process and Data Officer

About the role

The Process & Data Officer serves as a subject matter expert for master data across multiple business processes. The role ensures high-quality master and configuration data and supports agile, accurate processing of master data requests. The job holder must possess solid knowledge of key business processes (PtP, OtC, SCM) to provide the right data foundation for efficient and compliant process execution.

What you'll do

• Assess whether email-based requests can be executed directly or require workflow routing
• Identify and clean up non-used master data elements; align conditions and decisions with relevant stakeholders
• Identify repetitive business activities and transfer them into automated tasks using available tooling (e.g., RPA)
• Monitor and report data quality based on business rules describing logical relationships across data fields
• Develop detailed reports to support clean-up actions beyond high-level KPIs
