About the role

Job Description – Executive (Life & Pension Operations) We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to support our Life & Pension operations within a global Insurance BPO environment. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to understand and adhere to service level expectations, and a high degree of adaptability while working with international stakeholders across the UK and Europe.

What you'll do

• Process a variety of Life & Pension service requests , adhering to defined SOPs and quality standards
• Interpret and update policy-related information with accuracy while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Work within established SLA and KPI frameworks , ensuring timely completion of tasks and proactive escalation of risks or delays
• Communicate effectively—verbally and in writing—with internal teams and UK/European counterparts
• Utilize workflow management tools, tracking transactions through to completion
