About the role

We are looking for a diligent and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as an RCM Customer Service Executive – Voice/Semi Voice/Non Voice. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for services rendered. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and insurers to follow up on claims and payments
• Investigate and resolve issues with denied or underpaid claims
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions
• Conduct pre and post call analysis, documentation, and take appropriate actions to resolve tasks at first contact
• Update account-wise customer interactions daily
