Process coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Coordinator to manage day-to-day operational coordination, monitor workflows, track pending tasks, and ensure smooth execution of business processes. The candidate will coordinate with different departments, maintain process documentation, prepare reports, and follow up on activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily business activities across different departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor ongoing processes and ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines
• Track pending activities, bottlenecks, and process delays and escalate issues to the concerned manager
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), company policies, and established workflows
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and avoid delays
