Process Engineer - Solvent Extraction (SX) | Mumbai / Remote

About the role

Reporting to the Process Engineering Leadership, you will: Support process design, optimization, and continuous improvement across pilot and commercial operations. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Brings 5+ years of industrial or pilot plant experience in rare earth solvent extraction.

What you'll do

• Analyze manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, throughput, and operating performance
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for process improvements
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
• Monitor process performance and recommend optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to achieve production targets
