About the role

The Process Excellence Manager – Business Banking plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and supporting business growth across regional offices and branch locations. This role focuses on campaign management, portfolio support, and process optimization to enhance turnaround times, conversion rates, and customer experience.

What you'll do

  • Act as the regional champion for ICON and other central campaigns, ensuring effective execution and conversion
  • Provide portfolio support to Relationship Managers, especially for cases above ₹5 crore, including deal structuring and process facilitation
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), first-time-right (FTR) percentage, and campaign conversion rates
  • Support renewal and delinquency management efforts, including CSP 90+, Renewal 90+, and 30+ DPD tracking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery

What you need
