As a key member of the Revenue Cycle Management team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward by transforming patient care and improving patient outcomes.

What you'll do

• The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need
• Perform end-to-end AR follow-up with insurance companies via outbound calls to resolve pending/unpaid claims
• Analyze claims to identify reasons for rejections/denials and ensure timely resolution
• Initiate appeals or escalate unresolved claims to the appropriate department
• Document all call outcomes and actions taken in the billing system with accuracy
