About the role

The Process Expert – Accounts Receivables, Intercompany Reconciliation & Condition Contracts and Settlement Management is responsible for providing deep process, technical, and business expertise across global Invoice-to-Cash operations.

What you'll do

  • Support the Service Delivery Unit through in depth process, technical & business knowledge
  • Support transition of new service scope to the service delivery units by ensuring adherence to global standard operating procedures & tools and support with required…
  • Owns and steers the global Accounts Receivables, Intercompany Reconciliation and Condition Contracts & Settlement Management service product portfolio, including KPIs
  • Embeds and drives automation, RPA, and AI driven solutions into processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload
  • Ensures process readiness and integration for major transformation programs and system transitions (e.g. SAP S/4)
