This role leads complex or large process improvement initiatives using process improvement methodology (e.g., Lean, Agile, etc.) to develop, identify, analyze, and improve existing business processes. Applies functional expertise to improve business and client results. This role also applies structured change management approaches to ensure process adoption while minimizing operational disruptions.
