About the role

Reporting to the Associate Program Manager, you will own end‑to‑end transformation projects within the Client Lifecycle Management domain, bridging business needs with technology solutions, and delivering measurable value across operations, product, and technology functions. Lead transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, quality and customer outcomes.

What you'll do

• Own end‑to‑end transformation projects within the Client Lifecycle Management domain, bridging business needs with technology solutions
• Lead transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, quality and customer outcomes
• Define project plans, monitor milestones, manage risks, issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Facilitate governance meetings, track actions and provide executive updates and management reports
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Business, Operations, Technology and Product stakeholders
