Process Manager - KYC

About the role

Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.

What you'll do

• Performing the due diligence on new Clients, requesting the KYC information, documentation
• Thoroughly and succinctly document the research and analysis related to the financial activity and related entities of Clients
• Escalate issues to client and internal managers to bring issues to their attention promptly
• Independently handle clients and client calls– establish self as a valued partner
• Help knowledge management endeavour by sharing process knowledge and best practices within the teams

What you need

• 6–9 yrs of experience
