Process Manager - Monitoring and Event Management (DevOps/SRE)

About the role

You will be part of Siemens Energy’s global digital organization supporting Travel & Expenses, People Management, HR Service Delivery, and Global Mobility solutions. You will work closely with HR, Finance, Travel Management, Global Mobility, IT Architecture, Cybersecurity, business stakeholders, vendors, and operational service teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric digital solutions.

What you'll do

• Assess the maturity of current monitoring and event-management practices across processes, people, tools, data, governance, and operating models
• Identify monitoring coverage gaps, architectural weaknesses, operational risks, recurring failure patterns, alert noise, manual toil
• Define the target-state architecture, standards, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for monitoring, observability, event management, and AIOps
• Lead the evaluation, selection, design, integration, and implementation of enterprise grade monitoring & observability solutions covering metrics, logs, traces, events
• Establish service-oriented monitoring by mapping applications, infrastructure, cloud services, dependencies
