Process Manager - Voice - Data Analytics And Business Intelligence

About the role

This role is responsible for transforming raw business data into actionable insights that directly inform strategic and operational decisions. The individual will develop, automate, and optimize reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business objectives. They will coordinate team efforts to meet service level agreements (SLAs), drive continuous process improvements, and support team development and compliance initiatives.

What you'll do

• Design and automate business intelligence dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to deliver timely and accurate reports aligned with SLAs
• Analyze large datasets with SQL and advanced Excel to identify trends, generate insights, and present findings to internal stakeholders
• Conduct data integrity checks and continuous validation processes utilizing ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx, Informatica) to maintain reporting accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to align reporting metrics and methodologies, ensuring consistency and relevance across deliverables
• Recommend and implement enhancements in data collection, visualization, and reporting processes using analytics best practices
