Process Quality Engineer (Charger)

About the role

You'll be working with New Product Development — a group that runs on coffee and an infectious passion for building products that have never been built before. Break stuff, break assumptions, break the thumb rule. Believe in the team, the process, and through failures. Build fast, build passionately, build to simplify.

What you'll do

• Process Quality & PFMEA
• Apply PFMEA to charger manufacturing and assembly processes
• Identify and mitigate build-stage quality risks before they impact production
• Define End-of-Line (EOL) test requirements and acceptance criteria
• Run root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone) on issues surfaced during build and manufacturing

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• FMEA
• Root cause analysis
• IATF 16949
• Test cases
• B.Tech or B.E.
