Process Specialist - Instructional Designer

About the role

Clean Harbors is looking for an Instructional Designer/ eLearning developer to join their safety conscious team! This role is responsible for planning, developing, and writing eLearning training content for the organization. This includes meeting with business process owners to understand course requirements, preparation of storyboards and construction of eLearning courses (most typically using Articulate software).

• Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner always
• Support instructional design needs across all Clean Harbors
• Analyze instructional design project requirements and work with the SME around scope and solution

What you need

• 5–10 yrs of experience
• Curriculum development
• Communication
• Any graduate
