About the role

This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

What you'll do

  • Serve as the main point of contact and support for assisting in the procure-to-pay process between multiple resort locations and the corporate office
  • Perform daily transactional tasks, including purchase order creation, requisition approvals, purchase order editing/correcting, blanket purchase order creation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement activities meet business needs
  • Provide internal customer support by understanding and addressing the unique procurement nuances by resort location
  • Analyze procurement data to identify areas for cost savings and opportunities for process optimization
