Procurement Executive

About the role

We are looking to hire a smart procurement and analysis executive for our transport department. The role involves analyzing transportation expenditure, performing cost comparisons, monitoring service levels, preparing structured MIS reports and coordinating with various third party transporters for processing their bills as well as rate negotiations.

What you'll do

• Analyze transport expenditure and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Perform cost comparisons across transporters, routes, and hubs
• Negotiate vendor rates and payment terms based on their service performance and competitive landscape
• Track and evaluate service levels (TAT, performance adherence, efficiency metrics)
• Develop dashboards and structure data reports for management review
