About the role
As a Procurement Associate, you will support procurement operations related to IT services, software procurement, contractor management, and P2P processes. The role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate execution of procurement activities, maintaining compliance with company policies, and delivering a high standard of stakeholder service.
What you'll do
- Support procurement operations related to IT services, software procurement, contractor management, and P2P processes
- Support sourcing and procurement activities for software, IT services, and external consultants
- Assist in contractor onboarding, extensions, and offboarding processes
- Review, validate, and process procurement requests in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Support contract and work agreement creation, review, and administration
