What you'll do

  • The Objective of the role
  • Suggesting BOQ (Bill of Quantity) required for a given project to assist at the bidding stage
  • Material scheduling to ensure timely supply of materials/ equipments across projects
  • Material delivery time schedule follow-up with vendors/suppliers
  • Purchase order tracking against received quantities. Collecting supplier bills along with MRN's from sites and handover to finance department
