- Lead and manage the procurement team and monitor daily purchasing activities
- Develop procurement plans based on project BOQ, timelines, and material requirements
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors while negotiating pricing and delivery terms
- Ensure timely purchase order processing and on‑time material delivery for projects
- Oversee procurement documentation such as MDCC, test certificates, warranties, and dispatch records
