• Own and execute category and sourcing strategies for assigned CX products and services, aligned with customer, brand, operational and financial priorities
• Develop cross functional strategic planning with colleagues to ensure QR leverage is possible
• Accountable for creation of framework for the categories under management, including developing meaningful sourcing plans
