About the role

You will be responsible for making key decisions about stock control, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances; initiating corrective actions. Managing procurement information, systems and ensuring Implementation of proper Procurement process. Managing procurement staff, suppliers, SLA's.

Managing housing complexes, residential townships and residential communities requires subject matter expertise

Managing procurement staff, suppliers, SLA's
Negotiating and administration of purchasing, manpower & AMC contracts
