Procurement MDM Analyst - Ahmedabad, India

About the role

The selected candidate will be responsible to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and governance of master data related to procurement and supply chain processes. This role supports sourcing, purchasing, inventory, and supplier management by maintaining high-quality master data across ERP and related systems.

What you'll do

• Create, update, and validate supplier/ vendor master data, material master, and related attributes
• Ensure compliance with approved standards, naming conventions, and mandatory fields
• Identify duplicates, inactive suppliers, and obsolete materials; normalize names and codes
• Validate data against internal policies and external sources; ensure completeness and accuracy
• Apply predefined rules and guidelines to clean up the data master
