Procurement Operations Associate

About the role

As a Procurement Operations Associate within Group Procurement at Swiss Re, you will play a pivotal role in driving sourcing and procurement activities across the APAC region . This is a dynamic, hands-on role that sits at the intersection of operational procurement and strategic sourcing — where your expertise will directly support the business in managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance, and delivering commercial value.

What you'll do

• Manage end to end S2C (Source to Contract) process across APAC
• Drive strategic sourcing and indirect operational buying across all non-IT categories in the APAC region, including Professional Services, HR Services
• Support regional procurement managers with execution-related tasks, ensuring seamless delivery of procurement activities across multiple geographies
• Collaborate with Category Managers in defining requirements and identifying potential suppliers
• Partner with cross-country teams across diverse work cultures, bringing adaptability, cultural awareness, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
