About the role

Procurement Operations- German Language Expert at Gratitude. As an Operations Team Member, you'll work quickly, safely, and efficiently to manage SLA.

What you'll do

  • As an Operations Team Member, you'll work quickly, safely, and efficiently to manage SLA
  • Ensuring the products are delivered on time
  • Apply basic understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain Operations as secondary/domain skills while supporting German language-based activities
  • Receive PR/SC requests, review standard checkpoints after due diligence, and support PO creation while interpreting German -language inputs where applicable
  • Ensure accuracy and SLA are met by undertaking appropriate checking and monitoring productivity on daily/weekly and monthly basis
