Procurement Representative

About the role

The Procurement Representative – Procurement Hub supports a range of Source to Pay activities, including but not limited to: intake and triage of sourcing project requests, stakeholder and supplier communication and support, setup and administration of RFx events, supplier selection/onboarding, reporting, compliance checks, policy enforcement, rate negotiation, catalog management and procure to pay services.

What you'll do

• Monitor sourcing project requests, validating inputs with stakeholders, and assignment of appropriate team to proceed in the sourcing process
• Monitor sourcing email box for incoming support queries and acknowledge them as per SLA
• Handling email inquiries from internal customers, as well as external vendors. Delivering professional, useful, high-quality service and assistance before, during
• Collaborate with Business and Suppliers to administer eSourcing tool for RFx events
• Participate and manage client, business, and supplier calls

What you need

• 5–7 years in supply chain & logistics
• Procurement
• Supply chain
• Negotiation
• Accounts payable
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Com or BBA or MBA
