What you'll do

• Drive, lead and complete and follow-up of Request for Quotations (RFQ) with suppliers. Ensure correctness of supplier/material master data required for ordering
• Process purchase orders based on requirements from projects and valid frame agreements
• Follow-up of purchase orders including order acknowledgements and monitor adherence to delivery dates and manage complications and escalations from projects
• Order management by periodic review calls and supplier visit
• Lead supplier expediting to mitigate contractual risk

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• Procurement
• SAP
• Negotiation
• Any graduate
