What you'll do

• Champion Amplitude as the go-to analytics tool across the organization, act as the subject-matter expert for product usage data
• Analyze product usage trends to surface actionable insights for GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Product teams
• Build and maintain dashboards that track adoption, retention, feature engagement, and user journeys
• Partner with Customer Success to create account-level product usage stories that drive adoption and expansion conversations
• Collaborate with Product teams to provide feedback loops on feature usage, customer behavior, and roadmap prioritization

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• Dashboarding
• Customer success
• User flows
• Any graduate
