About the role

The Product Analyst oversees the training catalog end-to-end: maintains CMS data, coordinates pricing and schedules with vendors, drives SEO and discovery, analyzes enrollments, manages lifecycle from launch to retirement, conducts competitor research, aligns cross-functional teams, attends enablement sessions, and delivers internal product training to achieve growth.

What you'll do

  • Manage and maintain accurate course, product, and certification data within the CMS, including details such as books, labs, and related resources
  • Collaborate with product managers to strengthen relationships and explore partnership opportunities
  • Oversee full course lifecycle management—from launch to retirement
  • Develop SEO-friendly meta descriptions and support the discovery of courses
  • Maintain and update the Master Course List and Pricing Sheet in coordination with Vendor Managers
