About the role

The Product Analyst is a data-driven and detail-oriented professional responsible for supporting the analysis, maintenance, and enhancement of healthcare data products. The role combines US healthcare claims data analysis, product validation, requirements documentation, dashboard development, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

  • Work closely with team and stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality data products
  • Analyze large US healthcare claims datasets to identify patterns, data-quality issues, coverage gaps, and product-improvement opportunities
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, profiling, reconciliation, validation, and impact analysis
  • Investigate complex data and product issues, perform root-cause analysis, assess business impact, and recommend practical solutions
  • Analyze medical claims, pharmacy claims, prescription, payer, formulary, and patient-level data across patient, claim, payer, plan, and other relevant levels
