About the role

The Process & AI Consultant is responsible for re‑imagining and reinventing Talent Development products, services, and experiences to fundamentally change how employees, managers and leaders work, learn and lead at PropertyGuru. This role goes beyond efficiency or automation. It exists to: Redesign TD offerings as scalable, intuitive “products”, not programs

What you'll do

• Improve employee experience while directly enabling stronger business outcomes
• Identify which legacy TD services should be retired, simplified or radically redesigned
• Define new TD operating principles (what TD owns vs enables vs gets out of the way of)
• Improve quality of people decisions
• Enable managers to lead better with less effort

What you need

• 7–12 yrs of experience
• User flows
• Learning and development
• Prototyping
• Any graduate
